Anele Nene
In 1999 Anele established the commercial real estate group Tecino Wealth Creation (TWC) after acquiring a real estate portfolio from the life insurance group, Sanlam. It was through Anele’s leadership that TWC grew and diversified its real estate portfolio to incorporate retail, industrial, office and student accommodation.
In 2017, Anele enrolled on a business high-performance programme in the United Kingdom. Upon his return from the UK, Anele resigned from TWC and founded Istogen Investment Holdings in 2017 to participate in M&As. Istogen has a diverse investment portfolio of acquired companies that are in mining engineering, telecoms, dental equipment and real estate industries.
